We build to your electrical standard — 230 V/50 Hz with Australian-style switchgear layout and RCD protection. Final connection and certification is done by a licensed local electrician, as it must be.
WaterMark is mandatory for plumbing and drainage products in Australia. A licensed plumber cannot legally connect a fitting that does not carry it.
If a unit arrives with plumbing already installed and that plumbing is not WaterMark certified, the plumber cannot connect it to mains water — and the fittings usually cannot be reached to replace without opening up walls and floors.
Our answer is the dry-shell build. We ship the unit with pipework runs, wall linings and service penetrations prepared, but without the final fittings installed. Your local plumber fits WaterMark-certified taps, mixers, shower heads and sanitaryware on site, signs it off, and the connection is legal and warrantable.
The result is a slightly different build sequence, not a worse building — and it removes the single biggest risk of importing a prefabricated home into Australia.

Certifications are held by the manufacturing facility. We provide copies and issuing-body details with every quotation so you can verify them yourself.
Where the destination market requires CE marking for the components we supply — electrical items, glazing and fixings — the manufacturer's Declaration of Conformity and EU authorised representative details are provided with the quotation.

Certificate numbers can be checked with the issuing body. Before you place an order, ask us for the certificate copy and the issuing organisation's details, and confirm it covers the specific product and standard you need. We would rather answer that question now than have it surface at your certifier's desk.
